The Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs (MoH&UA) on August 10, 2026, issued a notification regarding the appointment of Adjudicating and Appellate Authorities under the Delhi Development Act.
The following has been stated: -
•The Central Government appoints the Commissioner (Land Management), DDA as Adjudicating Officer and the Principal Commissioner (Land Management), DDA as Appellate Authority under the Delhi Development Act, 1957, as amended by the Jan Vishwas (Amendment of Provisions) Act, 2026.
